Here are our Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policies:

Cancellations:

You have a 6 hour window to cancel your appointment with us penalty-free, otherwise you will incur a $25 fee that we will deduct from your refund amount. For example- a 2 hour prior cancellation call on a $70 one person lesson would be: $70 lesson price -$25 cancellation fee= $50 total refund.

Refunds:

Refunds are given under the following conditions only:

  • You cancel your appointment 6 hours or more before your lesson, you will recieve a 100% full refund no questions asked.
  • If you can prove that you showed up to the golf course and the instructor did not call, email or show (totally ghosted or forgot) you will receive a 100% full refund (this requires actual proof such as pictures, phone calls, text messages, etc).
    • If an instructor is 15 mins or more late and it’s documented (picture, text message, etc) then a 25% refund will be issued. If the instructor is between 30-45 mins its a 50% refund and anything after 45 mins is a full 100% refund.

Returns & Exchanges: 

If you’d like to exchange a product for a different one please call us to discuss. We will have to do some customizations but will definitely make it work for you and sucessfully get you the product you want. For example- you want to exchange an individual lesson for a group lesson instead, just call us and we will get it switched over for you.

Lesson Package Returns:

Our lesson packages are only valid for 90 days after that the purchase is null & void and will not be honored, applied or refunded. You will forfeit the cost you paid and will not be refunded so we highly encourage you to use your lesson package within our 90 day timeframe.

**PLEASE NOTE- We reserve the right to deny a refund, and/or refuse service to anyone. Granted we will usually always give refunds for legitimate reasons & purposes; unless it’s a scam, scheme, or intent to swindle free lessons or some other fraudulent means.
